By placing an order electronically through the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.<\/p>

  • Buyers are subject to applicable consumer protection legislation regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.<\/li>
  • Shipping costs are to be paid by the Buyers.<\/li>
  • Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and\/or organization at the address indicated by the Buyer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days<\/strong>. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.<\/li>
  • In the event of contract termination, the Seller must refund all collected payments together with statutory interest within 14 (fourteen) days<\/strong> from the date the termination notice is received.<\/li>
  • If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address, the order will under no circumstances be left at another address.<\/li>
  • The Company cannot be held responsible if the person\/organization to whom the product is to be delivered refuses to accept it.<\/li>
  • The purchased product must be delivered complete and in conformity with the specifications stated in the order, together with any warranty certificate and user manual.<\/li>
  • If the sale of the product becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 (three) days<\/strong> of becoming aware of this situation and refund the product price within 14 (fourteen) days<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. If the Purchased Product Price Is Not Paid<\/strong>
    If the Buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment through bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.<\/p>

    3. Purchases Made Through Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card<\/strong>
    If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the Buyer’s credit card was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank, the Buyer must return the product within 7 (seven) days<\/strong>, with shipping costs borne by the Seller.<\/p>

    4. If the Product Cannot Be Delivered on Time Due to Unforeseeable Circumstances<\/strong>
    In the event of force majeure preventing timely delivery, the Buyer will be notified and may request one of the following options:<\/p>

    • Cancellation of the order<\/li>
    • Replacement with a similar product<\/li>
    • Postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed<\/li><\/ul>

      If the Buyer cancels the order: cash payments are refunded within 14 (fourteen) days<\/strong> in cash; credit card payments are refunded to the bank within 14 (fourteen) days<\/strong>. The bank’s transfer to the account may take 2\u20133 weeks<\/strong>.<\/p>

      5. Buyer’s Obligation to Inspect the Product<\/strong>
      The Buyer is obliged to inspect the product before taking delivery. Damaged or defective products \u2014 such as those that are crushed, broken, or with torn packaging \u2014 must not be accepted from the courier. A product that has been accepted is deemed to be undamaged and intact. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used.<\/p>

      6. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
      The Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 10 (ten) days<\/strong> from the date on which the withdrawal notice is submitted.<\/p>

      • In the event of a decrease in value or impossibility of return caused by the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller’s loss in proportion to their fault.<\/li>
      • The Buyer is not responsible for changes resulting from proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.<\/li>
      • If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below a campaign threshold, the relevant discount shall be cancelled.<\/li><\/ul>

        7. Default and Legal Consequences<\/strong>
        The Buyer acknowledges that in the event of default on credit card payments, they will be liable for interest pursuant to their agreement with the card-issuing bank and shall be responsible to the bank. The relevant bank may pursue legal remedies; any resulting costs and attorney’s fees may be claimed from the Buyer.<\/p>

        8. Payment and Delivery<\/strong><\/p>

        • Payment may be made via Bank Transfer or EFT to the company’s bank accounts (TRY).<\/li>
        • Single or installment credit card payments are available through the Platform.<\/li>
        • The Company endeavors to dispatch products on the same day; the delivery period is in any case 30 (thirty) days<\/strong>.<\/li>
        • Domestic orders are shipped via courier. Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 2 (two) business days<\/strong> following order confirmation.<\/li>

          – Direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities,

          – Planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities,
          – Planning and management of customer relationship processes,

              If the Buyer cancels the order, the payment shall be refunded within the legal periods. For payments made by credit card, the time required for the refund amount to appear in the Buyer\u2019s account may vary depending on the bank\u2019s internal procedures.<\/p>

              5. Buyer\u2019s Obligation to Inspect the Product<\/strong><\/p>

              The Buyer is obliged to inspect the product before accepting delivery. Damaged, defective, crushed, broken, or visibly deformed packages should not be accepted from the cargo company. Products accepted upon delivery shall be deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must be preserved properly and should not be used beyond ordinary inspection.<\/p>
